Admission Policy 

Children are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis, with the school reserving the right to admit students with the following considerations in mind:      

-Maintaining a balance among the age levels in the classroom    
-Promoting the diversity of the student body

CMA admits students of any race, color, creed, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.  CMA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies and other school administered programs.

Application Procedure.  To apply for admission, an application must be returned with a non-refundable application fee of $25.  If the child is accepted, a non-refundable registration fee of $300 is required to reserve the child's enrollment.  This registration fee is applied toward Montessori materials for the school year.

Parents interested in enrolling their children CMA should make an appointment to meet with the Directress, arrange a Play Date and an Interview for your child.  At that time, the Directress describes the program as it applies to your child and answers any questions you may have.  Parents of prospective students may schedule an appointment to observe our classrooms at any time.  They must sign in, show identification and watch an orientation video.  No children are allowed to attend during their parents' observation time.

Open House.  Our annual open house will be announced and scheduled each July, and other times TBA.

Transfer Students.  Preference is given to students with prior Montessori experience.  Regardless of their prior school environment, transfer students may be required to participate in a more formal interview process.

Tuition.  Our current tuition schedule is included in the admission packet.  We carefully control tuition cost, offer generous payment plans, and sibling discounts while we strive to make it a unique educational opportunity for your children.
